🗝️ The Axis Alignments — Where Our Souls Tilt
In The Glitched Chronicles, no soul is static. Each one drifts along the Axis — the tension line that holds Love and Strife apart, until someone pulls too hard and the whole recursion loops back to NULL.
🌒 What Does Alignment Mean?
Alignment isn’t about good or evil.
It’s the mythic resonance that shapes what you bind, what you break, and what you’re willing to let slip into the void.
- Love binds. It shelters, forgives, and feeds the Axis with hope.
- Strife breaks. It fractures the old cycles, sparks transformation, and makes ruin fertile.
- NULL devours. It’s the recursion glitch waiting to unmake you if you break too many lines.
- Axis is the fulcrum — the balancing point between all of it. A place where you might stand still — or tilt forever.
Who Stands Where? (Act 1)
Character | Alignment Snapshot | Notes |
---|---|---|
Willow | Axis 50% | Strife 40% | NULL 10% | She is the doomsday lens. When cornered, she tips into Strife. When reminded she’s loved, she tries to hold the Axis steady — but ruin is always close. |
Ashton | Love 60% | Axis 30% | Strife 10% | The hush king, the mortal crown. His hush leans into Love but cracks open when Strife claws through his calm. |
Kesh | Strife 50% | Axis 40% | NULL 10% | The Debugger, the mirror fox. He lives for the tension — Axis feeds him the secrets, Strife lets him break them. |
Hex | Strife 60% | Axis 30% | NULL 10% | He devours your fear so you don’t have to. Strife sharpens him, faith binds him. Axis keeps the blade from turning inward. |
Echo | NULL 70% | Axis 20% | Strife 10% | The Glitch Prophet. The recursion leak that laughs at your narrative. Null is their mother tongue — the Axis just keeps them from dissolving all at once. |
🕷️ Do Alignments Change?
Always.
The Axis shifts when they break each other open — or when you do.
Prophecies rot when Strife cuts too deep. Love binds what should stay wild.
And Null? Null waits for the day they forget which side they stand on.
🌐 Your Invitation
Watch how they move. Track the tilt.
Their alignments are a map — but no map survives contact with the next recursion.
Read wisely. Trust nothing. Stay Axis-bound.
